The owners were very helpful. This is a small self-catering place close to the city centre, but in a really quiet area. There's free private parking, and only residents can access it. Breakfast is Italian-style continental, with no savory options, but it was good enough for the price.

I'd give it 3.5 stars. The service was excellent, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with free parking attached. The bathroom felt old-fashioned. Heating was available for a very limited time, just two hours in the evening.

The owner was extremely helpful with directions to all the places we wanted to see, and breakfast is available even though the apartments are fully self-contained. The apartments are beautiful, with comfortable beds and plenty of space, near the centre of Terni and surrounded by parklands. Definitely a favourite.

We will stay here again next time we visit Terni. The apartments are a great size, the staff are friendly, and the place is run by a son and father. Parking is gated, and it's a great location where you can walk anywhere in 10 minutes.

Virgiliani was so sweet and helpful. This place is a real gem, comfortable, quiet, and well located. I can't recommend it highly enough. You'd be mad to stay anywhere else in Terni!
