The price was the lowest I found in that part of town, and the location in the old city center puts restaurants, bars, and historic streets close by. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, most pots, pans and dishes, plus a Bialetti for coffee. It also has a working burner, but only the smallest one worked. The paper recycling bin was already mostly full when I arrived. I noticed chipped plaster and wear and dirt around the bed frame and bedroom light fixture too. The bigger problem was the hot water. I only got a minute or two before the shower went cold, both on my first shower and again on my last morning. I initially thought another guest might have used it up, but their bathroom fan and light weren't on then. Later, while in the kitchen, I heard what seemed to be the single water heater switch on when I heard the other guest start their shower. There was no Wi-Fi, though internet was listed among the accommodations and I hadn't been told about the outage when I booked. When I called, they said they were switching to fiber wire and it would be back the next day. It still wasn't working the morning I left, a day after it was supposed to be restored. It was inconvenient, though not a major issue for me since I'd booked my train tickets out before coming to Terni. This wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but knowing about these problems ahead of time, I would have paid a little more to stay elsewhere. I've had more comfortable hostel stays, even without a private room, and they cost much less.

The room was lovely, and the bathroom and shower were fantastic. Everything felt right, and the location was convenient. We also found plenty of nearby parking spaces marked with white lines. Arriving late, we could check ourselves in, which worked really well. One note: those spaces have white lines, but they're in the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so watch out for fines!

We arrived later than planned and got a very kind, helpful welcome. I also appreciated that checkout wasn't until 12:00 PM. The place has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with a bathroom and a large, beautiful shower. There's a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and seating. The rooms have a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a kettle with cups and herbal teas. Our room was spacious, clean, faced the street, and had a little balcony. It's about 15 minutes from the train station and just a short walk from the main street downtown and the amphitheater. Lots of places to eat and have fun nearby.

I couldn't sleep here and had to find another place to stay. There was loud music from a room below ours, and the bathroom had an unpleasant sewer smell. The room wasn't very clean, and the sheets were worn. I'm surprised by all the positive reviews. Highly recommended!

The location is right in Terni's historic center, but with the nightlife underneath, you'll be awake until 2 in the morning. I noticed an unpleasant smell from the kettle as soon as I arrived. There was still liquid inside, which made me think the room hadn't been cleaned properly. Then, after my shower, the hair dryer caught fire and shot out a flame. I nearly burned my hair, or worse, got burned myself. See video. I couldn't dry my hair, either. The manager apologized, but didn't offer a discount or anything, and only brought a replacement dryer the next day. Totally unprofessional. They were lucky I didn't get burned, because I would have worn them in my underwear.
