I love the quiet balcony at the back, where I don’t hear the street, and the trains don’t bother me at night either. The location is smart: it’s a 5-10 minute walk over the bridge to town and also close to the train station. There’s a grocery store next door, which is so convenient. This is my favorite place to stay in Umbria. The hosts are kind and welcoming, and can suggest how to get around nearby towns and places worth visiting. The apartment is very clean and has lots of useful things, including a coffee machine, iron, and washing machine.

We had such a welcoming three-day stay, and we’ll definitely be back. The apartment was wonderful, with all the comforts, and it’s easy to walk to the center. Thanks for the warm welcome and all the thoughtful details. Umbria is stunning. Best regards, Pignalosa and Ciambriello families.

The apartment is very spacious and quiet, and the owners are friendly and helpful with parking. It’s a good 20-minute walk to the center, so it isn’t really central. The price is very reasonable.

The hosts were fantastic and had stocked the fridge with everything we needed for a simple dinner. We had all the comforts of home. The location is close to the station and the whole city center, with supermarkets and a pizzeria nearby. There’s indoor parking and even a garage. Definitely recommended!

I stayed here with some friends and we had a great time. The apartment had every comfort, and Michela, our host, really looked after us, providing everything for breakfast, both sweet and savory. Her dinner recommendations were invaluable. We ate very well at the restaurant she suggested and paid a fair amount.
