Vincenzo was friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our five-night stay while we visited family around Palermo. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the location was great. We had a wonderful time and hope to book again.

Behind that single wooden door, it’s really cosy. The place feels modern and cosy at once, and everything seems very new and finished. We only booked one night because it’s close to Palermo airport, and I was sorry we couldn’t enjoy the location for longer than planned.

We’d never been to Sicily before and found Case Saniela by accident. What a lucky accident! Calogero picked us up from the airport and gave us service beyond what we expected. The rooms are clean and modern, and his hospitality and personal advice were top-notch, the sort of service you won’t get in any hotel. He knows where and when to go around Sicily, can arrange a trip, and has great suggestions for things to see. If you want to really get to know Palermo and Sicily, we couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. The prices are fair too. Five stars don’t feel like enough, six or seven wouldn’t be too much! Great service.

The rooms were clean and the bright colors made the stay really pleasant. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and the location was superb. We’ll come back 🙂

The room was clean and the bed was good for sleeping. It’s close to the beach, the owner was really friendly and nice, and the price for our three days was very good.
