Podere Costantino

We arrived to find a wonderful meal prepared for us, and Franco gave us homegrown apricots, olive oil and wine. He also shared helpful tips for exploring the area. Tara and Franco were lovely hosts, and the property is great for relaxing or seeing Tuscany's towns and countryside. The pool is amazing, and having a BBQ dinner outdoors as the sun goes down was a treat. One word: FANTASTIC! We'll definitely come back and recommend the place to everyone.

We had another fantastic holiday at Podere Costantino. Franco and Mara are the most welcoming hosts, and having a pool right there is great. It's ideally placed for visiting Tuscany's well known favourites as well as smaller towns like Pericciolo, which is well worth a visit. Thoroughly recommended. Liz and Dave

Mara and Franco make you feel like you're visiting their home. They even served us a lovely Tuscan meal on our first night, a really nice touch. The apartment was very clean, had a countryside view, and looked even better than the photos. The pool is nice, and there are swings, Italian Bowling, which was so much fun, and a wood fired barbecue with plenty of wood. Podere Costantino is only half an hour from Pisa and close to Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena. The location is great, and the other apartment guests had been back many times, which says a lot. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend staying here. We'd return if we get the chance.

The views were amazing, and having a car is necessary to make the most of the beautiful scenery around here. The accommodation was comfortable, beautifully kept and well equipped. We’ve just spent the last few days with Franco and Mara, whose hospitality was as warm and genuine as you could hope for. Perfect.
