We were eight people staying for one night in early January, and the heating made for a miserable stay. At first we were told it was scheduled to be off from 10 PM to 5 AM, but that couldn't be right because the living-room radiator was on. After a long discussion, someone switched the thermostat on remotely. The bedroom radiators eventually started heating, but it took nearly until morning for the whole apartment to warm up. We were freezing and had to take cold medicine the next day. The location is just steps from the station, but for the price, even basic supplies should have been provided. At checkout we were given a long list of things to do, yet there wasn't even a paper towel roll, so we wiped the dishes with our own tissues. The owner showed no openness or willingness to help. It wasn't worth the cost, and I wouldn't stay here again.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very nice, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It's very close to the Bernina Express station, an easy walk away, and there's indoor parking too. Highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and high quality, and the owners were always clean and available. Check-in was extensive and professional. Even though it's in central Tirano, the place is very quiet. Italian Railways, the Rhaetian Railway (Red Train), supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias are all in the area. Indoor parking is available.

I spent three days and two nights here in the second week of June. The apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with everything. It's well placed for the center of Tirano, and both the Nord and Rhaetian railway stations are just a two-minute walk away. Highly recommend.
