A lovely Gasthof with wonderful rooms. There’s no restaurant on site, unfortunately, but several good ones are a 15-minute walk away.

The pool downstairs and the easy on-site parking were especially handy, and breakfast was plentiful. The room was perfectly adequate for two, with a large bathroom. We had a pleasant stay and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The welcome was friendly, and the woman at reception was incredibly kind and gave us useful tips.

Everything was very clean and breakfast was good, but even the low price couldn’t make up for the state of the unrenovated rooms. The bathroom was completely outdated, with a shower curtain in front of the toilet and another behind it by the shower. There was no mixer tap on the shower. The room itself was okay, but the furnishings were very old. Several rooms shared the terrace, divided only by narrow partitions. Check-in starts at 5:00 PM, and nobody is there before then, which is hard to plan around after a long journey. We only booked one night, luckily. Next time we’d rather pay more.

We got a great welcome, and the place is close to the city center. Excellent value for money.
