I travel often and care a lot about how comfortable a place feels, so Johannis is one of the most amazing hotels I've stayed in, and I keep returning. A big part of feeling relaxed is the cleanliness: rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, the restaurant floor is spotless, and both the indoor and outdoor Wellness areas are extremely clean. The staff are friendly and ready to help, while the owners are there for guests too, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. The food is fresh and delicious, with enough variety for everyone's needs. Portions are just right, not too much or too little, and the sweets are great, including cakes served from noon to four. Plates and cutlery are always clean and properly set. There's a lovely bar with well-made drinks and cocktails at good prices. Rooms are comfortable and roomy enough to fit the bed, sofa, and table, and the balconies are quite large, with a swing and chairs for enjoying the mountain view. The bathrooms are spacious and clean, with everything separated for good hygiene. Room sizes and layouts vary, but they're all comfortable. Parking is ample, with large spaces indoors and outside, which is handy for people arriving by car. I highly recommend Johannis for a visit to Meran and the surrounding area, especially if you want to hike and enjoy nature in South Tyrol. Definitely the best place to stay!

The food really stood out, from the excellent dishes to the cocktails and desserts. We loved the tomato sorbetto, ravioli, and the peanut and passion fruit dessert. The hotel feels cozy, mixing traditional and modern styles nicely. The staff are amazing, and the people who work there have a very familiar, welcoming atmosphere.

We came to the Feel Good Resort Johannis for a weekend wellness break and left completely satisfied. Set on a hillside, the hotel has a beautiful garden and spa area, along with breathtaking views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and everything was very clean. The food was delicious, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay.

It was our first stay, and we enjoyed it so much that we'll certainly return. We loved the warm welcome, enchanting suite, excellent food and drinks, lovely spa, and friendly staff who were accommodating with almost every request. One small suggestion: a shoehorn and wine glasses in the room would have been a nice touch. Best wishes, the Oswald family.

Hiking trails begin right at Johannis, and the spa is fantastic. We had lovely rooms with a magnificent view over the Adige Valley, plus excellent food and a well-stocked bar. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The garden is a little paradise, especially charming when it's lit at night. Everything made for a relaxing, carefree holiday. Our first visit, but certainly not our last.
