The owner was incredibly friendly when I stayed here last June. There's a beautiful view, and families have a yard where kids can play, with a trampoline, ping pong table, and other things. The rooms were clean and very nice. If I come back to the area, I'll definitely stay here again.

We felt at home in the top-floor apartment. Barbara was a wonderful landlady, and the place was centrally located but still pleasantly quiet. The view was fantastic, and we spent many evenings out on the terrace. We'd definitely come back.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. It’s just the kind of welcoming place you hope for on holiday.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the view across the Merano basin was breathtaking. Our apartment was in great shape, too. We enjoyed our stay at Residence Lenzenau just as much as last year, and we’ll always remember this vacation. We’d happily come back.

Mrs. Barbara was genuinely warm and attentive. The week in the little Lenzenau apartment was mostly a good one, though a few things could have been better. The two sofa beds were too small, so although the place was listed for four, it really suited a couple with children sharing the double bed. We also expected a few kitchen basics like salt, sugar, and oil for our first meals. And if guests are asked to sort their rubbish, there should be at least two bins inside, for general and organic waste.
