Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, varied, tasty, and satisfying, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The waiter looking after us at both meals was especially kind without ever being intrusive. The hotel and rooms were lovely and clean, and the price seemed more than reasonable for the quality of the services and the location. Five stars, well deserved. Highly recommended.

The food and service from the chef, kitchen, and restaurant team were excellent. The SPA was beautiful and well organized, even with the difficulties of that particular moment. The rooms were clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location. We had some relaxing days and will gladly come back. Thanks again!

The hotel is very central and comfortable. Our rooms were clean, well kept, and welcoming, and staff came by every day to ask what we needed. A true four-star stay. Breakfast had a huge selection, including cakes, croissants, bacon, eggs, yogurt, and plenty of savory options. We especially appreciated the local products. The Meitre di Sala was always happy to help with our requests, and the staff stayed attentive throughout. We never had an empty glass! Dinner had a varied selection of first and second courses made with local products, plus a wine list for real connoisseurs. The chef did a great job with every dish.

The room and bathroom were spacious enough and nicely furnished. The dishes at breakfast and dinner were excellent, and so were the cleanliness, courtesy, and helpfulness. A quiet spot right in the center of Tyrol.
