Bianca Maria Palace Hotel

We had a good stay overall, especially for a short visit. The hotel is right by Tricolore Metro, with a direct connection from the airport, and Duomo Cathedral is about a 20 minute walk away. It would be nice to have a courtesy water fountain at reception.

The hotel is close to the sights but the area still felt calm, with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. We loved the pretty breakfast room and terrace, and there was a good range of food, though better bread would be welcome. The rooms are small, but had what we needed for a city break: a modern bathroom with room for toiletries, a shower and bathtub, and a bidet. Most of all, the cozy beds and dark, quiet, well air-conditioned room let me sleep really well, even though I’m usually a poor sleeper. Service was excellent when we had requests. Parking was €30 a night, with valet service and help with our luggage. When we needed something from the car, the concierge took us to it in the garage so we could get it. The gym had excellent, modern, expensive Technogym equipment, but hardly anyone else seemed to use it. It would have been helpful to have towels there, and the water tank was unfortunately empty. We loved our stay and will definitely book again if we come back to Milan.

The location and view were wonderful, and the whole team made our stay memorable. Breakfast had loads of choices, and special thanks to madam Marian for taking extra care of us. Everything was super clean, and the staff, from reception to f&b and housekeeping, were professional and so helpful.

We come back every year, and the price and location work really well together. There’s private parking available, the hotel is clean, and the service is good. Breakfast is modest. I’d recommend it for families.
