I had a clean, comfortable room in Tivoli's charming old town. Looking out my window, I could see the campagnile of San Lorenzo and the countryside beyond. I didn't meet Rossana face to face, but she and her husband were exceptionally kind. I only had one night in Tivoli to visit Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este. I hope to come back and stay longer, and Le Stanze d'Ercole would be my first choice.

The host was so accommodating and helped me get back something I'd forgotten. It's a beautiful place in a handy spot between the train station and Villa d'Este, with restaurants just a short walk away.

Getting to the apartment means climbing a couple of stairs, so keep that in mind. It's about a five-minute walk to villa de este and around 15 minutes to the train station. Our room and bathrooms were very clean, the host was helpful and really nice, and the breakfast included was good. We had a great stay!

A small, clean B&B with really friendly staff and a decent Italian breakfast. You can walk to the train station, villa Gregoriana, and villa d'Este. The photo below catches the beautiful sunset from the window.
