A great place to relax and enjoy being close to nature, with easy access to different parts of Umbria. Top spot! Congratulations to Paola for her work and kindness.

Paola was friendly and welcoming. She started our stay with bruschetta topped with olive oil and their own excellent artisanal wine, then shared lots of suggestions for typical Umbrian places to visit, including beautiful Gubbio, Assisi, and Spello. It’s a rustic farmhouse surrounded by nature, with several rooms, including family rooms, and it’s conveniently placed near Todi’s historic center with easy road access to nearby villages. We came for the All Saints’ Day holiday weekend and had a pretty good time. I liked the room facing Todi best because it gets more sun. There were flies, though, because there weren’t mosquito nets. Breakfast was complete, but I’d have preferred at least a little food served at the table. As it was, we had to ask for everything and then wait for it. A small self-service area might cut down on the wait. We had a good stay overall, and I recommend this lovely property.

The rooms are beautiful, elegant, and clean, and the management is both professional and courteous. It’s a peaceful place to relax, with a spacious, well-kept garden and a lovely pool. The farmhouse sits on the slopes of Todi and has a splendid view of the town.

Paola served an excellent buffet breakfast and made us feel at ease with her friendliness, kindness, and discretion. The farmhouse is a welcoming place for a few days away from city chaos, with relaxing surroundings, a large clean pool, and a beautiful view of Todi. Our triple room was comfortable and clean, with air conditioning and a courtesy kit. Todi is about a 10-minute drive away. I’d highly recommend it if you want a few restful days.
