Sara, the owner, was kind and discreet, and the house was spotless, with comfortable, roomy beds and a kitchen stocked with useful little comforts. We loved everything. The villa is peaceful, with a gorgeous pool, and makes a great base for exploring Umbria. From Todi, the villages and Marmore Falls are reachable within 50 minutes at most.
