Breakfast was generous, tasty, and changed a little from day to day. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a very good bed. The owners were very friendly, and the place sits right by the Tiber in central Umbria. It was easy to drive out for day trips to nearby towns. A great choice if you want some quiet or want to explore Umbria.

Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared each morning, and whenever we had a question Ilse and Johan were right there to help. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and in perfect order. They were also so warm and kind to our 3-year-old son, which meant a lot to us as a family. We had a wonderful first B&B stay and would happily come back. 🌞

Joining in with other guests for things like the pizza workshop, BBQ, or wine tasting made it easy to feel at home. I came on my own, but never once felt alone. Ilse and Johan are genuinely warm, and they know how to run a B&B. They were happy to help with anything, and their tips made the stay even better. Communication was good from booking right through to getting home. Take a bottle of their homemade limoncello with you to bring back the memories. Grazie mille en ciao!

The moment the gate opened, we felt at home. Ilse and Johan welcomed us like old friends, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into the place. They prepared a fantastic breakfast together, and the meals they offer are delicious, too. There's a book in the room with handy suggestions for excursions, restaurants, and even parking.
