The common area was spotless, but the rest of the experience was awful. The room had no window or air circulation, the shower was dirty, and the electricity kept cutting out because the kW limit was exceeded. It took me two hours to shower, and people were walking around the house without shirts on. I left a day early. It was my first and last time sharing a bathroom and kitchen. I don’t recommend it. Pay a bit more to avoid shared bathrooms.

Salento feels like a second home to us, but staying at B&B Lu Sule felt like being with family. Antonella, the owner, was always kind, available, and attentive to what we needed. She was there whenever we needed her, and really is the B&B’s greatest asset. The property has kept its original layout, and from the moment we arrived, it felt warm and welcoming.

The self-service breakfast felt well below what I expected for the room price. The B&B itself had a lovely atmosphere, was clean, and the welcome was friendly.

Breakfast was first come, first served, and the rooms were sparsely furnished and poorly cleaned. The bathroom didn’t even have a bidet. One star feels like too much.

We were walking the Via Francigena, and this place suited our needs perfectly. The room was spacious and had air conditioning, there was a kitchen available, and the staff welcomed us warmly and were very helpful. Highly recommended.
