In Urbe Apartments

Life at In Urbe moved at the slower pace we all needed. I went there with two friends in March 2025 for 7 nights, and we shared an apartment with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a small dining area, living space, kitchen, and a rooftop table and chairs with an incredible view. I loved waking up to espresso from the super espresso maker. In the evenings we talked about our favorite activities, wrote in our journals, and planned the next day. Sonora offered us a cooking class. We made gnocchi from scratch, zucchini frittata, a special thin bread, and delicious tiramisu. When anything came up, she responded quickly and took care of it. We had all we needed to cook, with plenty of cutlery and dishes. A great little market down the street had fresh vegetables, fruit, cheese, dry goods, dairy, and more. The town is quaint, with lots of cute shops and restaurants to explore. Thank you, Sonora, for being such a welcoming, accommodating host. You’re lovely, and you run a great business. We’ll be back!

From the quiet rooftop balcony at Ca’ Spadolino, we could take in a wide view of the countryside, and it was a lovely spot to sit quietly or share wine with friends. The three-bedroom apartment is above a little bar. The host was warm and gracious, answering every question within 5-10 minutes without ever seeming hurried. Everything we needed was there, and the rooms were spotless. It was only a five-minute walk into town, and free public parking was the same distance away. Spello was welcoming, with lots of small shops and delicious cafes. We had a magical visit, including a carriage ride with wine tasting and a cooking class. I’d highly recommend staying here, and I definitely plan to return.

My husband and I stayed from June 2nd to June 5th, and it was perfect. We slept well every night in the comfortable bed. The unit was clean, nicely equipped, tastefully decorated, and had a beautiful view. Sonora and Walter were such helpful hosts. We’d happily recommend it, and hope to come back for a longer stay 😊

We booked several In Urbe apartments for family and friends over our wedding weekend in Spello, and it all worked out wonderfully. They were recently updated, beautifully kept, and spotless, with a setup that suited both couples and families. Sonora was organized and quick to respond, and made check-in easy and stress-free for everyone. Her care and communication really stood out.
