The hosts were very helpful, and the place was cozy with lovely views. It's in a good spot in one of the quietest parts of Lake Como.

Cinzia and Giovanni welcomed us warmly, helped us unload and find parking, shared plenty of useful tips, and even booked us a table at a full restaurant. Two thoughtfully designed brochures covered local restaurants and the area. Though this was a holiday apartment, coffee and breakfast items were set out on the table, water was in the fridge, and homemade cookies came with a handwritten welcome note. Such care in the details. Thank you, we'd gladly return and highly recommend it. We stayed in “La Piccola,” one of the two small apartments Cinzia and Giovanni created after buying and renovating the house three years ago. It has a view of Lake Como. “Il Piccolo” has a small courtyard “front garden.” The house is a little gem in a peaceful village, tucked into the historic stone center, and the apartment had everything we needed.
