We spent one freezing night here, then left the next day without getting our money back. The furniture was run-down, the room was small, and there was no hot water. It’s a basement and nothing like the website photos. Ten minutes after checking in, we called the owner to ask for a refund. She said she wasn’t the owner, just someone who worked there. Two hours later, she arrived with a very threatening henchman. Thanks for ripping us off. I hope we’re the last customers in your hovel.

I think this property is a complete scam. We arrived from Cagliari at 8:15 PM, and my 14-year-old daughter and I found the building in a dilapidated state. After I tried calling repeatedly, the owner said they couldn’t host us because of problems or damage to the building. We had to scramble for somewhere makeshift to stay. We’d booked through Booking.com, but they offered no help. To me, it was simply a scam.

It looked like a nice place at first, but we soon found damp rooms, very uncomfortable beds, and clothes that smelled of mold. It’s practically on the street and extremely noisy. During our three days there, nobody cleaned the room or changed the towels. Not an experience I’d repeat.

Way too expensive for a humid, noisy place with no breakfast.
