The owner was very friendly, the views of the mountains and sea were nice, and breakfast was good. There's secure parking in a gated courtyard. But there aren't restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so you'll need a car to get to them. The rooms are tired and very dated, especially the windows and bathrooms, and need a serious update. The shower barely drains, leaving you standing in dirty water. It has mold and crusty old fixtures that don't feel clean. The toilet needs replacing too, since you have to press the flush button several times. The bidet spray nozzle is covered in black gunk and feels unsanitary. It would be better to have no separate bidet than this. It's also unpleasant to sit on the toilet with that ugly nozzle just two inches from your leg. The bathroom is cramped and old, and needs to be gutted and rebuilt much larger. The bed was hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable, and the rooms cost too much for what you get. I gave it three stars for the view, breakfast, and potential. The other reviewers who said the rooms were in bad shape were right. This isn't a four or five star B&B without a lot of work. The free WiFi didn't work in our rooms. Outside, we got one bar on secured networks, with no instructions showing which network the password was for. Even if we connected, the signal was too weak to be useful.

The hosts are a warm and welcoming family, the food was outstanding, and they grow much of the fruit and eggs on the property. The English was fairly good, though Italian helps. It's a quiet place with beautiful views, a nice escape from the city's bustle. You do need a car, since it's quite a distance from the city center. I'd stay again on a future trip.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and breakfast in the morning was exceptional. Valentina and her family deserve special thanks for their kindness and warm hospitality. For anyone who loves nature, history, and experiencing authentic Italy, this place is amazing. I highly recommend it ☺️

The terrace has a lovely view over beautiful gardens, and the hosts were warm and very accommodating. Breakfast was good, with homemade jam and fresh eggs from their own chickens. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a small, well-equipped kitchen. If you plan to cook, bring your own knife and pan; the pots are mainly for pasta and sauce. The shower and toilet are on the second floor. There’s no TV, Wi-Fi, or internet in the room. I’d highly recommend it if you have a vehicle.

Such a beautiful spot, with views of Vesuvio and the sea, and still clearly affordable. It’s well placed between Napoli, Vesuvio, and Pompéi. The owners are genuinely kind and helpful, and breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended!
