I left feeling really grateful to Baigu, the manager, and everyone who helped him. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed to notice every little detail and make things happen just as I wanted. I was honestly amazed.

A friend's wedding here could have been a wonderful day, but the staff and management fell short of what we expected. The staff seemed inattentive and walked around in jogging pants. It's a very disappointing place. Looking at the other reviews, it seems they may be paying people to post fake positive ones. Beware!

We won't be coming back. We were so disappointed by the high price, tiny rooms, and almost nonexistent service. The staff were rude, and the food didn't come close to what we'd expected. There are endless stories: chefs biting into food right in front of us, the hotel trying to charge us for food and drinks we never ordered, and staff secretly taking pictures of guests.

The price felt good for the quality, and the place has a lovely, well-designed interior and green grounds. It's a quiet, romantic spot for couples, and seems well suited to weddings, banquets, and celebrations. The hotel is some distance from town, so you'll need a car to get there.

Olga is such a welcoming lady, and the hospitality felt ideal. The historic villa, beautiful nature and sea views make a lovely setting, with an atmospheric mix of neo Italian design and old-world surroundings. ✨
