Hotel Lanz

There’s a ski room with a boot dryer, and the restaurant has a nice mountain view. The sauna was pretty good for tired après-ski evenings, and there’s also a jacuzzi, though only one person fits and it costs extra. It was worth it. The resting room in the sauna area had no water or tea, which was a minus. Some restaurant staff missed small but important details that can make a stay feel perfect or not.

I liked my stay at Hotel Lanz from 21.01.2023 to 28.01.2023. The staff were friendly and professional, and Darius was especially kind and helpful, many thanks to him! The rooms were clean and had everything needed. There was a dedicated ski equipment room with a boot drying rack, and both breakfast and dinner were amazing.

A family-run hotel with a positive atmosphere. The food was good, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Our room, 37, got far too hot, and we couldn’t control the heating, so we often had to leave the balcony door open.

Good place, bad service. The breakfast food was rotten, and after we pointed it out, the staff didn’t react beyond saying, “we tried it and we are fine” :) At 22:30 they switched the restaurant lights off without warning while people were still having drinks.
