The staff are awesome, and the room is amazing. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy.

4/10
The water supply ran out, and there was barely any hot water pressure. Internet was advertised, but it was missing in my room 90 percent of the time. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and management seemed not to care about guests. Everything felt done to minimum standards.

The only real issue is finding the place, since it’s not easy to reach with GPS or Google Maps. They could put up a few signs to guide drivers there. Otherwise, it’s a nice, modern, clean hotel with good food at the restaurant and good service.

The bar selection was poor, the beds were uncomfortable, and the staff were rude. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the receptionist wouldn’t help.

I sent the hotel an email, then tried again a week later using the contact form on its website. No one answered my question.
