We could get around Torri del Benaco easily from this place in the pedestrian zone. It’s been renovated fairly recently, so everything felt clean and still in good shape. Booking the paid parking was very straightforward. A few things could use attention, like the cables left exposed above the wardrobes, and the café/bar downstairs can get noisy in the evening. Still, I’d recommend it.
The apartment is very central, has air conditioning, and getting the keys was easy. But the bar and its outdoor seating downstairs played loud music from 11 a.m. until at least midnight, so it was extremely noisy. There was a musty smell in the apartment and closets. The beds were old, small, and had loud metal springs; the bathroom was cramped, with visible cables above a tiny mirrored cabinet. Kitchen supplies were basic, and the small balcony had no seating. Furnishings were old or very cheap, and the nearest garbage disposal was 800m away. For the price, it didn’t feel worthwhile.
