At check-in, the father of the family welcomed us warmly and even had some nice jokes. The whole place felt relaxed and friendly, and Tommaso, his son, took time to answer our questions about town and explain how best to get around. His mum cooked really delicious meals. The cleaning was great, the lake view lovely, and the price very good. Even though it's not a five-star hotel, the service felt like seven stars and was far beyond what we paid for. It wasn't just helpfulness, though. Everyone was so friendly that we felt like welcome friends. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this was the best service I've received. I'd definitely visit again and highly recommend it. I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

There is free parking on site, with room for full-size sedans and SUVs. The staff were very pleasant and quick to respond, getting back to us within an hour when we asked about availability. The hotel is a flat 12-minute walk from town. It has a dock with a ladder for jumping into Lake Garda, plus a second-floor pool for cooling off.

The people running this family business are wonderful. Our rooms were good, the service was good, and breakfast was great. The view from the rooms and the luby was breathtaking.

The staff were very nice, and the rooms have been newly renovated. The location wasn't the best, and lunch was insanely expensive for what it was, not worth the price.
