We spent four weeks here in July with our family, and the peaceful hilltop location near Montefollonico was a real highlight. The view of Montepulciano from the pool is outstanding. Our apartment was arranged in a lovely Tuscan country style and was comfortable for three adults and two children. It still had practical things like a fridge and dishwasher, and there was shared laundry. You can walk in the surrounding area or try wine and oil made by the owners, Salvatore and Georgiana. They were extremely kind and friendly, always ready to help with whatever we needed. We’d definitely recommend it, and hope to see you next year!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The farmhouse is gated and fenced, and Montefollonico is close enough to walk to, with a sports bar, restaurant, and grocery store. You’ll need a car for anything further afield. The eight apartments have a cozy, rustic farmhouse feel rather than luxury finishes. The hosts are friendly, and the hostess is easy to reach and glad to help. The pool is cleaned every day, and from it you can look across vineyards, fields, and olive groves to Montepulciano. It’s an idyllic spot near the town.

Mrs. Giorgia and Mr. Salvatore were so kind and always available, and their olive oil is truly excellent. The property itself is very clean and well cared for, with a large garden, covered parking, a barbecue, and outdoor tables under a gazebo. The panoramic pool and the spectacular hillside setting, with its postcard-like view, make it a lovely place to stay. Highly recommended!

A roomy farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside, peaceful and away from the bustle, but still close to artistic centers. Recommended.
