Francesco was full of energy and happy to fit around what we needed, even arranging breakfast for the time that suited us. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The bath and shower are small, as is common in the area, and the shower interior could use some attention. Good value if you want a comfortable room with Wi-Fi and breakfast, though it isn't luxury.

Francesco was the highlight of our stay at Bed and Breakfast Ulivo. He was a wonderful host, and the place itself felt cozy and pleasant. We'd happily come back and recommend it for either a quick overnight stop or a longer stay.

Francesco was a lovely person, and the room and bathroom were both clean and excellent. It seems like a great spot in summer, and a must-see in winter for business travelers like me.
