The location couldn't have been better. It felt like Rome was waiting for us there. The suites look amazing, with lovely design, and thoughtful touches like coffee and slippers made the atmosphere feel special. Getting in was easy because the instructions were clear and simple to follow, a great system for tourists. Alexandra was kind and helpful. Shein was a wonderful host, welcomed us, trusted us, and was understanding about the payment and everything else. I really appreciate all she did for us. Thank you so much!

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Our room wasn't clean, with lots of dust and mold in the bathroom. At 8:30 in the morning, the cleaner made a lot of noise in the room next door and talked loudly on the phone. You can hear EVERYTHING between rooms. We'll never come back.

The location is great, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars. The place was extremely overpriced, and the air conditioning was a joke. The walls are paper thin, so we heard everything our neighbors said. Upstairs, people came home around midnight to 1 a.m. both nights and made what sounded like furniture moving, since their floor is literally your ceiling. On one of our two mornings, staff came in at 7:30 a.m. and talked loudly for hours. We couldn't get back to sleep, and the seven-hour time difference had already made it hard to fall asleep. The Wi-Fi barely reached one or two bars at best. This is a flat converted into a four-bedroom hotel. If you want a good night's sleep, this isn't the place for you.

There's nobody available when you arrive, even though it says the front desk is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The place is so disorganized and runs like an Air B&B. Getting to my tiny room, or suite, meant passing through so many locked doors that I didn't feel safe. The front desk had mentioned this, and I was uneasy walking around as a solo traveler. The taxi wouldn't bring me near the building for religious reasons, though apparently some taxis will. I would NOT recommend this place at this price unless you like uncertainty. If I could give it minus infinity, I would.
