The owners were so kind and helpful, and the apartment was great.

The location is convenient, though no better than other nearby B&Bs. The room was cold, with no spare blankets, and the tiny bathroom had a very narrow shower. Getting to the apartment meant climbing two flights of old, slippery, dangerous stairs with no proper safety features. Even the handrails were hard to hold onto. Breakfast was far below what the listing promised: mostly discount-store packaged products, plus a tiny tart made by the owner that was barely enough for four people. We stayed one night, and the experience was spoiled by the owner's rudeness. She charged us for damage we hadn't caused, after we found the toilet completely clogged. She also refused to provide a receipt for a supposed plumber, who may have been a family member, and was anti-Neapolitan. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. The owner makes up stories about the condition guests leave the property in and about damage they supposedly cause.

Mrs. Enza made us feel welcome and was kind and very helpful. The apartment is central and well placed, with all the comforts and thoughtful details. We had homemade cake and seasonal fruit from nearby producers for breakfast, a little gift from the owner. I'd recommend staying here if you want to spend time in beautiful Trani.
