The renovation looks lovely, just like in the photos, and there was a tart, local grapes, cherry tomatoes, and fruit juice waiting in the fridge. But my stay was a negative experience. The basement room was at the back with no windows, and a hot water jet made noise all night. Breakfast was packaged food, including supermarket brioches and sandwich bread, with no cold cuts or spreadable jam. Towels for three people weren’t changed during our four days. Mrs. Enza charged extra for every request, including €20 to arrive early and leave our luggage.

Mrs. Enza was very kind and ready to help with all our requests. We arrived to find a tart she’d made and everything we needed for breakfast. I stayed in the Royal Suite in September, and the apartment was spacious, well furnished, and had all the comforts. I’d recommend it for the location and especially the excellent management.

Breakfast was fabulous, with seasonal fruit of all kinds, plus homemade jam and tarts by Mrs. Enza. The location is stunning and kept up with great care. The owners were kind and helpful. It deserves all five stars!

Everything was perfect down to the details during our four days here. Mrs. Enza was especially kind and helpful. We’ll definitely come back. See you soon.

We called after a tiring day in Matera and the whole family welcomed us so warmly. The apartment was gorgeous and very clean, and breakfast was included. I highly recommend it.
