The hotel is on a quiet street, close to the beach and good restaurants in this charming town. The staff are lovely and very helpful. During my September stay, a young man at the front desk gave me excellent service. The breakfast buffet was good and satisfying. My room was lovely, though I had to practice with the type of door lock since I’d never used one before.

Being right in the center made getting around so easy, and the reception team were genuinely helpful. But the room itself needs work. There was a sewage odor whenever we came back in, and because we were under the rooftop bar, we kept hearing tables and chairs scrape around overhead. One morning a strange noise seemed to come from the outside wall. Sound insulation could be better, and the elevator was out of order nearly every day while someone worked on it. It felt more like an Airbnb than a four-star hotel. We didn't try breakfast.

We had plenty of room, a nice bathroom and a little kitchen that was enough for us. The rooftop terrace was a real plus, and our room stayed quiet. Staff were very helpful and the location worked perfectly. The only thing we didn't like was the futon-style sofa in the living room. It wasn't comfortable to sit on.

We got a complimentary drink on the terrace, and the service was really friendly. The hotel is lovely, tucked along a quiet street.

The rooftop bar is worth a visit for its drinks, tasty aperitivo and lovely views. The hotel is also in a great spot, with everything close enough to walk to, and reception were happy to help with questions. Our apartment was roomy, with a kitchen, built-in storage and a regular-sized fridge. The bathroom was good too.
