Everything was within walking distance, both the sea and the main monuments, and the place is in a very strategic spot. My spacious room was furnished well enough, with a fridge, balcony, and air conditioning. The windows looked onto the inner courtyard, and breakfast was included. A welcoming place with what you need.

Never again. Breakfast was a problem: we got vouchers for a nearby bar, but it was closed on Sunday, so we had to buy our own. The contact person said we'd get double breakfast on Monday. They could simply have left packaged croissants and drinks on the shared table. The parking information on the website was also far from accurate. It said free parking in a public area, but parking was prohibited on the road in front and the nearby streets had blue lines. The site also promised daily room cleaning, while the person we spoke to said it would happen every three days because early September is low season. That should have been stated online. People still go to the beach then, and sand and other things can get into the room or bathroom even if you're careful. There was no drying rack either, despite it being listed on the website, so I had nowhere to hang swimsuits and beach towels. Our room window had no clothesline.

To be clear, I didn't stay at this property, and I'm glad I didn't. A few interactions with Mr. Gianvito were enough to put me off using his services. He was rude and discourteous just because I asked for a few extra days to make a deposit. Good manners come before good customer service. I'd even say they're necessary for everything else to work.

The owner was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional, and we really felt at home. The B&B is charming and modern, carefully kept down to the smallest details and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh croissants and lots of other specialties. A one-of-a-kind experience, definitely worth repeating. I hope to come back soon and highly recommend it.
