10/10
This place has a truly stunning vista at lago maggiore and serves a great breakfast. The owners who run the b&b are very friendly and passionate, and you can see that in all sorts of small and big ways. The house and spacious garden are full of objects and art, and the garden makes you want to stay another day. Built in the 60s by a rich Italian from milan, it’s a wonderful place to rest and enjoy il dolce farniente or the italian savoir-vivre. Staying here lets you enjoy an Italian villa as though you actually owned it. Who wouldn’t want that for a while?
