Parking near the hotel isn't possible, so keep that in mind. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal, just a stone's throw from the duomo. My room was on the back of the building on the 5th floor, so noise wasn't an issue. It had a balcony looking toward the mountains, plus a comfy bed, mini fridge, and WiFi, though the room itself was small. The slanted ceiling had a big gouge in it, and plaster dust sprinkled onto the bed, so the room needed some care. Breakfast was fine but nothing exciting, and empty items weren't topped up. Gluten free products were available.

The staff were friendly, the hotel is very central, and breakfast was decent. Street facing rooms could be a little noisy. I could also leave my suitcase at the hotel for a few hours after checkout. My room and bathroom were modern, updated, and very clean, and the sauna was a nice touch. But the air conditioning didn't work at all. It was unusually hot for late May, so that was frustrating. It might not matter to a European, but it could be a significant problem for some guests from the UK or US. The Wi-Fi was poor as well, with low speeds and a connection that kept dropping. It's generally a good hotel if working AC and fast Wi-Fi aren't priorities.

Everyone was very sweet, and breakfast was a nice touch. The first room I had was hard to sleep in because the air conditioner squeaked. It kept turning itself back on, and we couldn't work out how to stop it. When I asked if they could turn it off for me, they moved me and my travel buddy to a different, much nicer room. The whole stay felt easy and accommodating.

It's a rather small hotel, which I liked. The rooms were modern, clean, and convenient, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice, too. From my window I had a beautiful view over the Piazza Duomo, if I leaned out a bit :)
