Salento B&B Trepuzzi

It was fine 👍🏼

Mario and his wife were lovely hosts, always smiling, welcoming, and interested in how our stay was going. Our room was spacious and well furnished, with air conditioning and a bathroom in excellent condition. The kitchen, living room, and smoking area were comfortable and well equipped too. I saw a review posted the day we arrived that mentioned ants everywhere and dirt, but that wasn’t our experience at all. We didn’t see any insects during our stay, and the rooms, bathrooms, and shared areas were cleaned daily, with the beds made. Packaged snacks and breakfast supplies were kept on a cabinet and shelves, inside cardboard boxes. The rooms have private bathrooms, so we had the privacy we needed. We also enjoyed talking with other guests at breakfast, sharing tips and opinions about places to visit. The B&B is conveniently close to beaches and attractions, with a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, restaurants, and the town center only a few meters away. Compliments to Mario and his wife for the way they run the place, and thanks to them both.

The owners were very kind and helpful, though I think breakfast could be better. The rooms, including the bathrooms, were spacious and really clean. It’s a short walk to the center of Trepuzzi, and Lecce is a few kilometers away by car.

I only stayed one night because I was traveling elsewhere, which was a pity. I’d be glad to return. Mr. Mario was genuinely lovely and helpful, and the traditional breakfast was impeccable. The shared kitchen had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and spotless, with fresh, fragrant towels and sheets. The beds were extremely comfortable.
