For that price, I expected a lot better. The room hygiene seemed very questionable, and the sheets, pillows and blankets felt completely out of place for 2019 Italy, or really for 2019 anywhere. Please, don't stay here. You deserve better.

The staff were quite nice, and earplugs let me get some sleep. Still, I've stayed in cheaper places that were better. The bathroom had mold, the beds were awful, and the thin walls let you hear everything. At night a man screams, and during the day a woman calls out numbers in Italian. Very strange.

The location is really good, close to Central Station, and for the price it's okay for one night. Reception stays open until 23:00. The hostel is pretty ordinary, with mixed dorms, so I shared a room with three guys. There's a shower, though I can't really judge how clean it was, it could have been better. The sheets were clean and they provided a towel, and there's somewhere to lock valuables. No kitchen, forks or anything like that.

The beds were packed tightly into the room, and there wasn't space or a locker for my bag. The woman at the front desk was unfriendly and insisted on the 5-euro breakfast charge even after I showed her the misleading ad saying it was free. Also, the first photo is of the downtown piazza, not the hotel.
