It was cold because the radiator didn't work. After maintenance bled it, it became noisy and leaked. The place was noisy from its location too, with no effective soundproofing, and there wasn't proper reception. I left earlier than planned and the hotel didn't refund me.

Around midnight to 1 a.m., someone forced their way into my room. The door hadn't been locked properly, and I had to block it with the wardrobe to protect myself. It was terrifying and outrageous. Stay far away for your own safety. Getting into the building was difficult from the start: I waited outside for 20 minutes before anyone let me in. My room had no proper lighting, just a small bedside lamp, and the shower didn't work at all.

The location is right in the city center, and my room was huge, with a little balcony overlooking the square and even the sea. The only issue was reception staff struggling with any language.

I came in summer and the only way to cool the room was to open the window, with 33-degree heat outside. It was like sitting in a sauna. I didn't stay long enough to take a photo, left for another hotel, and wasted my money. Extremely disappointed, entirely my fault. Buyer beware.

The staff were friendly and happy to share tips about the city and its restaurants. The self check-in was easy and felt secure. It's an excellent hotel in the city center, and all the rooms and toilets are brand new and clean.
