Finding a place to park was a real struggle. The property has no parking of its own, so you have to leave the car on the street, and this part of town is very crowded. The apartment itself is a bit worn but very clean. My other main complaint is the bedding: the bedspreads are the typical Italian setup, a sheet and a blanket that isn't washed often. I tried hard not to touch the blanket while sleeping, but that proved impossible each time.

There were five of us, but with the bathroom's hot water boiler, only the first person to shower got hot water. We kept our showers to five minutes at most, even though the owner had assured us the hot water would last 20 minutes. We also found a fairly obvious stain on the bedroom's double bedspread. Sorry I didn't take photos to back that up. Another issue was the bathroom door: its outside handle kept coming off and falling to the floor. And although the apartment had an induction stove, the coffee maker provided wasn't suitable for it, so we couldn't make coffee. I'm not someone who usually writes negative reviews, but this time I felt I should be fair.
