The nurses and doctor at the blood check-up were incredibly nice, and the other CUP employees were friendly too. But when I went to book a check-up appointment in September 2021, the employee at the desk, a Chinese lady, didn't greet me because she was on the phone with a friend. She laughed so loudly that her coworker at the next sportello turned to look. It felt really unprofessional. When she finished, she only said “via” to me. I told my friend what happened, and she'd had the same problem with that lady. That kind of rudeness doesn't belong in a service job. When I went back in July 2022, I didn't see her. I hope she had already been fired and was no longer working at the service centre.

I called for emergency help, but the woman I spoke with couldn't understand English and then hung up on me. What if my situation had been more serious?
