The location is top-notch. The room was okay for the price, but there was almost no service, with self check-in and check-out.

The B&B setup isn’t really for someone my age, but it works well for younger people. Still, I had a great time, and the phone support was effective.

We had a really good two-night stay. The place was very comfortable and just a short walk from the historic center. The only things we felt were missing were a coffee machine and a microwave. Apart from that, everything was fine.

We were bitten by bed bugs during our one-night stay, which made the experience awful. We photographed them when we spotted them overnight and tried calling the host, but got no answer. There was nobody at reception to help us. At 8 the next morning, reception was still empty, and the host only got back to us at 8:30, even though checkout was at 10:30. We did receive a refund, but the support was inadequate and the lack of anyone on site was very disappointing. I hope the infestation is dealt with instead of being ignored, and that rooms aren't occupied before they've been disinfected.
