We liked it so much that we added extra nights. The rooms feel new and modern, and they were very clean. At the buffet, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all nice, with bottled water, juices, coffee, and even red and white wine included. The wine was pretty good, too. The buffet is small for a hotel this size, so it gets busy and staff can struggle to refill things quickly. I can see why some guests mention that, though for me it was a minor issue. Everything else was perfect.

The setting was lovely, and our room was quiet with a comfortable bed. We did have two small room issues, but Reception quickly sent someone over to fix them. We were there for Red Sun’s opening weekend, and the restaurant and entertainment teams were especially great. The staff were polite, upbeat, friendly, and clearly focused on making sure guests were happy. Food was fresh, with plenty of choice at the buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I’d happily recommend it.

The pools are really nice and spacious, the hotel is modern, and the beach is a five-minute walk away. There was also daytime entertainment. The property had been fully refurbished last year, if I understood correctly, and the staff were pleasant. But the organisation needs a lot of work. We booked a suite and were given a standard room without being told; they blamed Booking.com. Cleaning could be better too: the balcony hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, and there was an empty bottle and cloths left by the previous guest. There was nothing on the balcony, so chairs, a table, and a drying rack would be useful. The restaurant had only two or three dessert choices, fruit and one cake, though still and sparkling water and wine were included, which was good. Evening entertainment was the same every time. At the bar, only one bartender knew how to make cocktails, and he took a break during the 20:30 peak. There was also a really bad smell outside. I think it came from watering the plants.

We were a little nervous about coming after reading a few negative comments, but our stay was really perfect. The hotel has a bit of everything: music and entertainment, activities for kids, pool loungers, and nice beaches nearby. The pools were clean and new, and the rooms were modern and newly furnished, with a mini fridge and air conditioning. Food was fresh and great, with Italian dishes. The kitchen staff and waitresses were super helpful and spoke English well enough for us to understand. Reception responded promptly, and they offer handy things like luggage storage for early check-in and transfer arrangements. Special five stars to the chef for the amazing food, the bartender for lovely cocktails, and the guest relations lady for taking so much time to help us. We also really liked the hotel’s design and facilities. Definitely recommended.
