The owner is friendly and helpful, and some of the organizational issues have already been sorted out. Still, breakfast is self-service, which I don't like. I'd expect the manager to prepare it, and a little milk in the fridge would be welcome for anyone wanting a traditional latte. A bit more effort could make the experience much better.

I couldn't make my stay after booking on Booking.com without free cancellation. I asked the property whether they'd accept a cancellation fee, and they agreed. But they didn't give me the information I needed or help me get in touch with Booking.com, so I could avoid being charged the full amount despite not staying.

The room was bright and had its own bathroom, and breakfast was generous. Everything was clean and quiet, and the owner was really friendly and helpful. A B&B I'd gladly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in a clean, quiet, private place. Everything was lovely, and we'll definitely come back. Trinitapoli needed a place like this. Well done to the owner.

Parking was easy, and the neighborhood was quiet. The rooms were clean, the manager was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was adequate. Recommended.
