The owners were welcoming, courteous, and helpful, and the rooms were clean with new furnishings. There's a little garden where you can sit and have breakfast outdoors in peace. Free parking is available close by, behind a gate. We had a very positive experience.

Rocco's friendliness really made the holiday feel special. The property is well kept and centrally located near the center of Tropea, with excellent cleaning. Highly recommended.

The room and bathroom were lovely, and the garden was well maintained. Big thanks to Stefania, Debora, Vera, Roberta, and Elena, five very talented women. As someone traveling by car, my one issue was the parking: it was in an awkward spot and difficult to reach.

We had a reserved patio with a small sofa and armchairs, and the rooms were cute, clean, and in great shape. The place is surrounded by greenery and feels peaceful and relaxing. It's only about ten minutes from central Tropea by motorbike. Our room didn't have a bidet, which was the one drawback. Breakfast didn't impress us either, with too little choice and room for improvement.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is strategic. The rooms were clean, though there were a few shortcomings in less visible areas. The garden could do with a little more care.
