Monica was lovely and made sure we had what we needed, and breakfast was delicious. Our spacious, clean room looked out toward the beautiful church on the mountain, which was especially breathtaking when lit at night. The location is hard to beat. This was easily our favorite place to stay in Tropea, and we’d book again without hesitation.

Monica was great about sharing information and keeping in touch, and she even had parking connections in town. Breakfast was made to order, just how you wanted it. The place sits between town and the beach, so it’s easy to walk everywhere, with an incredible view. A must if you’re staying in Tropea. Just perfect 🤩

I paid a month ahead, then got several messages from the property asking me to use a link to “verify” the booking for both their protection and mine. Why ask me to verify after payment? The whole thing felt dodgy, so I’d avoid booking here. I can only assume that because I booked early, they wanted me to cancel so they could raise the price and rent the room to someone else.

Lovely monastery and sunset views, with restaurants and sights just a short walk away. Breakfast was great too. Recommended.

What made our stay special was Monica. She was so warm and helpful, and has a great sense of humor. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like filtered water instead of plastic bottles, plus tea and coffee. The location has direct views of the sea, the sanctuary, and the main square. Thanks, Monica!
