Best Western Hotel Crimea

The staff were friendly and welcoming, even though I couldn't check in early. I had a nice big room and the breakfast was great. There's plenty of street parking right next to a grocery store, though you have to pay for it. The hotel is close to the centre, and you can walk over the bridge to get there.

My first night was in a room that had been assigned because everything else was booked. I complained, and the staff listened. The following day I moved into a lovely room that was elegant, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel and Donato at the front desk both deserve credit.

The room was compact but clean, with a good shower and a small fridge. Breakfast was decent, and there’s private parking for €15 a night. It’s a peaceful spot near the river, and I’d recommend the hotel.

The staff member at the front desk spoke English and was a huge help from check-in through checkout, which made things easy since we don’t speak Italian. Our double room had bunk beds for the kids, a huge patio, and hard floors instead of carpet. My wife thought the pillow was very comfortable, and breakfast was just what we expected, and great. There are good cafes around the corner, and it’s an easy walk across the bridge from the hotel. My only suggestion is that removing the bidet could free up bathroom space, though I’m not Italian.
