The staff were so accommodating when we arrived exhausted before check-in. For €7 each, we could have breakfast and they also got us into a room early. The breakfast was good, though the eggs weren’t. They kindly brought me a plate, glasses, and salt when I asked. Housekeeping cleaned daily and were thoughtful: even after we slept in, they checked whether we needed towels or anything before their shift ended. The bathroom was clean, with a shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, toiletries, and fresh towels each day. The room itself was pleasant, though the pillows were a little uncomfortable. I didn’t ask for another, but I think they would have helped. The price was fair, but getting to central Turin took 40 minutes to an hour each day. It’s a long way, though there are plenty of ways to travel: a bus stop is right outside and other lines are a block away. There’s parking if you have a car, and a supermarket next door. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting on its own, which was frustrating.

For a single night booked at the last minute, it was a place to stay, and I was glad there was availability. We didn’t raise the problems with staff since it was only one night and didn’t seem worth the time. Anyone staying longer should know what we found. Reception was professional and attentive, and the staff spoke fluent English. Breakfast was quite good, especially the pastries and the continental choices. The room was in a horrible state: cigarette burns on the carpet, stained and mouldy walls, and mould in the shower. It was obvious it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. The nightstands felt sticky, the TV remote had no batteries, and the room was unpleasant overall. There was no hand soap, only two tiny shower gel bottles, barely enough for hands and body. Luckily, we had brought our own. It’s not a great spot for exploring on foot, though the 55 station is just 20m away. Acceptable for an overnight stop or as a last resort, but only just.

The price was low even though I booked just a day ahead, so I was happy with the choice. The rooms were clean, tidy, and good for the cost, and access was easy. Breakfast was included with my booking and honestly had everything you could think of. Wi-Fi was free too. It’s about 30 minutes from the city centre by bus 58 or 55. A few things to know: you have to leave your room key at reception when you go out, though reception is open 24 hours. The hallway carpet is a bit dated if that bothers you. The shower cabin is open, but closing the bathroom door should keep things fine. For me it was a 9/10 stay, and I’d choose it over pricier hotels. Hope you’ll be happy with it too.

For two nights and this budget, it was passable, but I’d pick somewhere better for a longer stay. The sheets seemed clean, though there was a big white stain on the chair, and the toilet was dirty with someone else’s poop. The neighborhood was rough too, with trash everywhere and a pee smell around the hotel, which sits right in the middle of it. At least the bus stop is right by the entrance, so coming back late didn’t feel so scary. I wouldn’t walk from the city centre to the hotel in the evening, although we did walk from the hotel into central Turin in the morning, and it took about 1.5 hours. The staff were okay. The ladies at breakfast and reception were very nice, but English was hardly spoken.
