Anna, the owner, was very friendly, and she can arrange a parking spot near the apartment. There's a large market nearby with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as lots of places to eat and drink around the corner from Gardino Bottero. The apartment is in the city center, close to many attractions, and has an elevator. Torino is a lovely city with lots to see.

We were eight people in two adjoining apartments, linked by a terrace. The historic building is right in the city center, with plenty of convenient spots for lunch and dinner nearby. Kudos to Anna for keeping the place clean!

We booked the wrong dates and called right away to explain that we'd made a mistake and would be working then. The owner wouldn't change the booking or refund us, so we lost 200 euros. I found her response disgraceful, with no customer care or empathy. What made it worse was that she later left a completely negative Google review for my beauty salon, even though she'd never been there. It felt like revenge, and I find it shameful and dishonest. After seeing some of the reviews she's left for other service providers and businesses, I can't say I was surprised. You can't make a racehorse out of a donkey. A word to the wise.
