We got to the apartment late in the afternoon, and the taxi dropped us at the wrong place. Allegra wasn't much help when we called. After finding the right entrance, we had to enter the key code almost in the dark, then guess which of three wooden doors belonged to us. We called Allegra three times without an answer before realizing the metal wall was actually the door. The apartment itself was very clean, though shabby. The washing machine was full of rags, and there were no toiletries like the promotional photos showed. We were promised breakfast, but the bread was so stale we left it.

Our room was simple, comfortable, and very clean, and the neighborhood stayed quiet even with the place right in central Turin. The main attractions were all easy to get to. Recommended!

We stayed in the two-suite apartment with friends in June, and they’d agree it was a great place. The building is lovely and secure, and inside there's plenty of space and equipment. The suites have high-end amenities, with really good bedding too. At €400 a night, the price can look steep, but for accommodation of this quality in the heart of Turin, it makes sense.

The location was spot on, with the city's best-known sights nearby. The owner was friendly and ready to help. Our petite suite was small but worked well, and everything was impeccably clean. A coat rack would've been useful. I'd happily recommend this guesthouse.

Allegra really puts her heart into looking after guests. She arranged everything for us, found alternative accommodation right away for friends who joined at the last minute, and did a lot to help. Liana was also so kind, explaining everything and helping us plan our travels with useful advice. We were seven people across two families, and the apartment's layout gave each family room for privacy. It was spacious, beautiful, and clean, and despite being in central Turin, it was easy to reach and quiet. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Turin, you've found the best place.
