That terrace and its view are still the best in Tuscania, without question. We came in July '24 and watched the sunset from 8-9pm. The view hasn't changed, but these days it feels like a one-time visit: take a few pictures, enjoy it, then probably don't return. Such a shame, given the potential. Over the past 15 years, the place has gone through several owners and different 'concepts'. I update this review every couple of years as it changes, and it still seems hard to make a restaurant business here work well over time. I remember it as the best restaurant in town 15 years ago, with the best view too. There was no a la carte menu when we visited, just an 'apero cena': a buffet of snacks and one drink for €20 per person. The food wasn't anything to get excited about: fried things like suppli and rice balls, cold cuts, cheese, meatballs, focaccia, and a few other dishes I can't remember. Drinks were fine, nothing special.
