Apulia Residence Torre Mozza

The sea was wonderful, and the residence itself is in a good spot. Agata welcomed us and explained things when we arrived, and Giovanni was kind, courteous, and on hand throughout our stay whenever we needed help or advice. The apartments and furniture are new, with air conditioning and a TV. We stayed with my wife from 05 to 19/07/2025 and were generally comfortable there. The TV reception was a problem, though. Sometimes the picture just disappeared while we were watching. It was frustrating, and if it can't be fixed, the TV may as well be removed. Families with children might appreciate having five minutes of downtime too. The beach is attractive but crowded, with umbrellas packed close together. I had paid for an umbrella for 15 days in advance, yet had to queue with the lifeguard each morning to get it assigned. I chose that beach because I was assured dogs weren't allowed, as I'm allergic. There is a ban, but people don't follow it, and I ended up surrounded by dogs. They may have rights, but I also have a right to protect my health, which is recognized in the constitution. There were free beaches nearby and a beach specifically for dogs not far away. At the affiliated baths, nobody mentioned the promised restaurant discount, even after I pointed it out. It wasn't a problem for me: I ate at other restaurants every day, so they were the ones who missed out.

We spent a week in the new deluxe complex in the second half of July and were really taken by how helpful and courteous the managers were. The place is close to the sea, in a lovely setting, with everything nearby and easy to get around. The sea is incredible. Our apartment was modern, bright, comfortable, functional, and spotless. The property is just a few meters from the sea, in a very peaceful spot, and was kept immaculately. This was my first stay here and we had a wonderful time. Mr. Giovanni was always available, even coming over whenever needed to answer questions and sort things out. He was very kind and helpful, and Mrs. Agata welcomed us just as warmly. Truly excellent, and highly recommended.

That big terrace was a lovely place for morning coffee, lunch, or an evening with friends. Our apartment was clean, practical, and had all the comforts we needed, and the Apulia Residence is just a few meters from the sea. Jessica and Giovanni were superb hosts, extremely kind, professional, and ready to make sure we were comfortable. The partner beach club had sun loungers, an umbrella, and a restaurant available right away. I also appreciated the large free parking area, where I could leave my vehicle safely at no extra cost. We had a fantastic week.
